• How will I receive my products?

All products sold in the Look! We're Learning! shop are digital. You will receive your product files via email after purchase. No physical product will be mailed to you and there is no shipping option available.

• What is your return policy?

All sales of digital downloads in the Look! We're Learning! shop are final. If you are having trouble accessing your content, send us an email using the address on the Contact Us page.

• How long do I have to download my files?

All product files download links are valid for 14 days from the date the confirmation email is sent. After 14 days, the file links will no longer work.

• How many times can I download a file?

All product files can be downloaded up to five times. This allows time for you to store the download on multiple devices, if needed.

• What payment methods are available?

The Look! We're Learning! shop uses PayPal for all purchases. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay using your existing account information. If you need to use a credit or debit card, you can do so through PayPal express checkout.
